In November 2024, the corporate training program "Managerial Skills Development" for employees of PUMA Ukraine was completed. The more challenging the training program, the more interesting it is to implement. This was exactly the case with the training program developed by the team of instructors from KROK Business School.
The training was unique in that, over six months, 40 managers from various departments had the opportunity to choose training modules that were of the greatest interest in terms of professional development and skill enhancement.
The managers worked with the following instructors on different modules:

- Thinking from Creativity to Results and Emotional Intelligence and Stress Resilience: Oksana Sedashova
- Effectiveness in Uncertainty: Oksana Demchenko

- Mental Resilience of the Manager and His Team: Halyna Sasin
This program aimed to develop key social skills of employees, helping them perform their duties more effectively and contribute to the overall success of the company.
