On October 17–18, students of the 2026 intake of the MBA, Project and Process Management, and Mediation and Conflict Management Master’s programs began a new stage in their learning journey, which will continue over the next 16 months.
Students of the Mediation and Conflict Management program started by exploring the history of mediation and third-party intervention with Oleh Omelchenko, as well as the nature of conflict, its causes, and stages of development with Oksana Siedashova. Together with Halyna Sasyn, they also explored the emotional competence of a mediator and practiced self-regulation, learning to recognize emotions and better understand the needs behind them.
Students of the MBA and Project and Process Management programs began studying project management with Andrii Koreiba, and strategic marketing and business analysis with Olena Rudenko. These areas help students develop a deeper understanding of business, approach goals systematically, and make well-informed decisions.
We congratulate our students and faculty on the start of the new academic year! We wish you inspiring discoveries and meaningful connections, professional growth, bold questions, and knowledge that works beyond the classroom in real-life and professional situations.
