In 2026, KROK Business School celebrated World Creativity and Innovation Week by organizing and hosting a special evening — a webinar–workshop titled “Between Intuition and Decision: Finding Ideas, Solutions, and Inner Strength Through Metaphors.”
It was a journey into the world of images, metaphors, and intuition, where logic gave way to inspiration. Fears and doubts were transformed into resources, and new ideas emerged easily and unexpectedly.
The speakers, Oksana Sedashova, PhD, International Ambassador for Creativity and Innovation and Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Innovative Development of KROK Business School, and Maryna Nikulenko, a Ukrainian artist based in Vinnytsia, demonstrated that creativity can be not only an art form but also a practical tool for business and life.
Workshop participants truly enjoyed the combination of art and experiential practices using metaphorical art cards, which enabled them to gain personal insights already during the session.
