Experienced project management specialist, participated in three major international projects of the World Bank and four major construction projects, for example, the construction of a nuclear power plant, the development of residential microdistricts. The total number of implemented projects is about 30. He has administrative and communication skills in the formation and operation of a project management office, the development and successful implementation of corporate project management standards, the adaptation of organizational structures to project management, and the provision of methodological support for management at all levels in the company. He has extensive experience in creating a project management methodology for a corporate project management system in construction holdings, has deep knowledge of project management methodology, developed national standards for project management training, has practical skills in using national and international contract law, including current legislation, knowledge and use commercial contract practice in Ukraine. He has experience in creating logistics services for projects in construction corporations. He is the author of a unique textbook "Project Management: Planning of Project Activities", a textbook "Fundamentals of Procurement of Goods, Works and Services in Projects". Conducted cycles of corporate trainings for construction corporations NEST, KAN Stroy, KAN Development and a number of others. Certified professional project manager, level "C" IPMA - International Project Management Association. Awarded with honorary signs "Excellence in Education" and "For Scientific Achievements" of the Ministry of Education and Science.
