He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries, including over 10 years in project management.
For more than 11 years, he has been working within the international mobility company Sixt SE (Germany). Since November 2024, he has served as Site Director of the Ukrainian technology division (6-Systems LLC, SIXT Tech Ukraine).
He has extensive practical experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing educational materials for professional teams. He is also actively involved in volunteer leadership as Vice President of Technology at PMI Ukraine Chapter, including participation in the translation of the Ukrainian edition of the PMBOK® Guide (7th Edition).
He has experience speaking at international professional events, including as a guest speaker at the PMI France Chapter webinar “Leading Through Crisis: Lessons from Ukraine's Project Managers” (2026).
