Her assets include numerous successful product launches, a comprehensive KOL management system, and an established business development process, from idea and formulation development to production and launch to the market, strategy development and training.
Elena boasts extensive experience in developing international brand strategies, building medical and consumer communications for 70+ brands, practical experience in participating and presenting companies and brands at international exhibitions (CPhI Worldwide, Beauty-Istanbul, Cosmoprof), congresses, and conferences.
She developed and implemented a methodology for systemic brand management at the international level, built the organizational structure of the strategic marketing department from scratch, recruited and trained a team of professionals.

Received a Master's degree in Pharmacy from the National Medical University named after. O.O. Bogomolets. Elena continues his scientific work and strives to obtain a PhD degree. The main direction of research is the implementation of information technology, system and business analysis into marketing projects of the pharmaceutical industry.
