Has over 25 years of hands‑on experience in negotiations, including crisis and high‑risk negotiations (Israel, Kazakhstan, Ukraine), with more than 500 mediations conducted. Expert in crisis negotiations, conflict resolution, and corporate and reputational security. Trained by leading international specialists in elite negotiation practices — Mark Goulston, Chris Voss, and Moti Cristal.
Vadim delivered; lectures in negotiation, conflict management, and social communication programs at leading business schools and universities in Ukraine and Europe. Has worked with Huawei, Cisco, IBM, the National Bank of Ukraine, and Kyivstar. Founder of the “Negotiation Bureau” Training Center, author of the textbook Negotiations and Mediation, and developer of original educational programs in negotiations and conflict resolution.
