Practicing attorney, mediator, legal expert, and doctoral researcher at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Head of the Scientific Institution “National Research Institute of Law Enforcement Problems and Legal Expertise.” Has over 20 years of experience in legal practice, representing and defending the interests of central executive authorities, Members of Parliament of Ukraine, transnational corporations, banks and financial institutions, agricultural and industrial enterprises, pharmaceutical companies, and other legal entities and individuals.
Graduated from the University of Economics and Law “KROK” (Law Specialist, Master in Intellectual Property), postgraduate studies at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of NAS of Ukraine (specialization: theory and history of state and law; history of political and legal doctrines), and KROK Business School (Master in Mediation and Conflict Management).
Author of numerous publications in academic, professional, and business press.
Member of the Scientific Advisory Council at the Supreme Court. In 2026, received a commendation for fruitful work within the Council and a significant contribution to the development of legal doctrine.
Research interests: theory of law, invalidity of legal acts, resolution of legal disputes, judicial protection of rights and interests.
