Candidate of legal sciences. Practicing lawyer, mediator, researcher and legal expert of the Institute of State and Law named V.M. Koretsky NAS of Ukraine. Has more than 20 years of experience in the field of legal practice, during which he represented and defended the interests of central executive bodies, people’s deputies of Ukraine, transnational corporations, banks and financial institutions, agricultural, industrial enterprises, pharmaceutical companies, other legal entities and individuals.
Graduated from the University of Economics and Law «KROK» (specialist in law, master of intellectual property), graduate of the State and Law Institute named after V.M. Koretsky N.A.N of Ukraine («theory and history of the state and law; history of political and legal teachings»), Business School KROK (master of mediation and conflict management).
Author of several publications in the academic, professional and business press.
Studying for a doctor of legal sciences at the Institute of State and Law named V.M. Koretsky NAS of Ukraine.
The field of scientific interests: problems of the theory of law, invalidity of legal acts, resolution of legal disputes, judicial protection of rights and interests.
