Area of scientific interests: Mediation and negotiations in the system of international relations.
She participated in the implementation of many international projects under the UN umbrella, worked as an expert at the Service Quality Institute (the USA), and was a speaker at many international and national conferences. Gulmaidan developed and implemented a series of trainings for non-governmental organizations to promote a model of peace and harmony in Kazakhstan. For many years she has been involved in the development of mediation in Kazakhstan. Dr. Urozbaeva is a regular speaker at the Winter and Summer Mediation Schools organized by the KROK Business School. Author of numerous publications.
