Oksana has over 12 years of managerial experience in the field of FMCG, logistics, HR, production, distribution, and retail. She took part and has experience in building business processes, including the formation and development of personnel at all levels in the company, corporate culture and corporate universities, as tools to improve the effectiveness of organizations in general.
Oksana received higher education at St. Petersburg State University with a degree in practical and organizational psychology.
