The teaching has covered a broad list of themes like budgeting, business economics, monetary theory, etc. She has experience in developing course outlines within the Economics and Finance disciplines. Her role as an instructor is to help students building mental models of how the parts of an economic system interact and work. Olena is sure that students are more involved performing problem solving than when they are simply listening to a lecture. This interactive approach to teaching allows students feel that reward.
Olena obtained Master’s degree in Economics, qualification «Economist», National Technical University, Vinnitsa in 2008. After that she obtained Ph.D. in Economics, Oles Gonchar Dnepropetrovsk National University in 2015.
