Invited BSK instructor, candidate of Juridical Sciences, MBA degree owner, permanent speaker of the "LIGA Law" company. She teaches the course "Legal environment of doing business" on the General MBA program. Elena has 17 years of experience as head of legal support and services in such companies as International Legal Center, International legal company INTEGRITES, Elite Consulting law firm, Global Solutions investment company and several others, worked as an attorney, сounsellor of legal practice.
Until recently, she worked as the head of the legal department in the civil service in the State Mortgage Institution under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. At the moment she is the head of the legal department of Credit Dnepr Bank. The field of professional expertise is complex legal support of projects in the field of bank and investment financing, representation of companies’ and organizations’ interests in courts of all jurisdictions and international arbitrations, development of strategies for judicial proceedings, support of criminal processes in the sphere of economic crimes, protection of companies' interests.
The author of publications in professional iterations, especially, the magazine "Commercial Law", the newspaper "Juridical Practice", the Internet publication "Lawyer and Law" on such topics as contractual basis of entrepreneurial activity, collection of problem debts, labor law, financial law, bankruptcy, Legal regulation of attracting foreign investments.
