Associate Professor at KROK Business School, researcher in the fields of mediation, sustainable development, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and administrative law. She teaches the course “Research in Modern Management” in master's programs, and the course “Introduction to Mediation” in the Basic Mediator Skills program.
She worked as a legal analyst, studied in postgraduate school, and in 2021 defended her dissertation on the topic “Civil Society Actors in Public Administration in Ukraine”, earning the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 081 – Law.
She actively participates in international academic cooperation, professional training, and scientific-educational events. In particular, she personally took part in the international conference “Space Security and Safety Dimensions” at the Research Institute in Leicester (Space Park Leicester, United Kingdom, 2023), and represented KROK Business School at the international conference “Innovating Business Education for Responsible Global Minds” at International Business School Maastricht on sustainable development strategy (Zuyd University, Maastricht, Netherlands, 2025). She also completed the Staff Mobility for Training program at the Netherlands Business Academy in Breda and Dordrecht within the Erasmus+ KA171 program.
Her professional development also includes corporate training in the program “Basic Mediator Training” at KROK University, as well as advanced training in leadership, negotiations, and conflict resolution within academic cooperation with the Netherlands Business Academy. She is one of the developers of the Roadmap for integrating Sustainable Development Goals into education, science, and partnerships at KROK Business School, reflecting her involvement in shaping the strategic vision of sustainable development in the educational environment and strengthening responsible academic and partnership interaction. She is also a co-author of the publication “Mediator’s Handbook: Professional Guide”, which combines theoretical foundations with practical guidelines for professional mediation activities.
In her educational and scientific work, she pays special attention to the development of critical thinking, research skills, and the ability to apply a scientific approach to solving complex professional and societal challenges. She is the author of more than 30 scientific and educational works on mediation, sustainable development, global digital governance, artificial intelligence, administrative law, and space law.
