Anastasia has gained coaching experience and expertise during the implementation of a number of projects, namely:
- Projects on training internal mediators in organizations, developing a system of dispute resolution (political party)
- Communication training in conflict situations (KP "Kyivpastrans", 2015-2017)
- Conducting TOT trainings for trainers (KP "Kyivpastrans")
- Invited Lecturer on Mediation at Events of the Ukrainian Bar Association, Coordinating Council of Young Lawyers of Ukraine at the Ministry of Justice, ELSA (The European's Law Students Association)
- Coach Profi +, soft skills development programs for NaUKMA students
- Coordinate mediation training for judges and facilitators of dialogues
- Conducting strategic sessions to resolve conflicting issues
At present Anastasia hold position the organizational development manager for the New Europe think tank. She worked for a long time as a lawyer, EnGrade Attorney-at-Law. Representing clients in international commercial arbitration, corporate litigation.
Master's Degree in Political Science, graduated from Jana University. Friedrich Schiller and the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, specialist in law.
The preparation of the mediator was carried out in the following structures:

- Chartered Institute for Arbitration, introductory certificate on mediation
