Audience: non-financial managers, heads of departments and divisions who do not have a professional financial education, but would like to understand the financial aspects of management.

The purpose of the training: to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills in financial analysis and financial management for effective decision-making in their work.

Tasks of the training:

Reveal the basics of financial reporting and its importance for assessing the company's potential
Learn how to conduct financial analysis and use its results to make informed decisions
Consider effective methods of managing cash flow, working capital, inventory and accounts receivable
Familiarize with the company's profit management strategies and teach how to make sound investment decisions

14.00-15.30	Topic № 3. Effective management of the company's cash flows	What are the cash flows of the company and what principles of their management should you know? How to account for money gaps, plan payments and develop a budget? How to calculate the need for credit funds?
