We invite students, graduates, teachers and everyone who wishes to participate in the Business Club on the topic "Diversity and Inclusion"

Location: KROK Business School, Library hall, 2nd floor

Format: Offline, duration 1 hour. 30 min.

In 90 minutes, we will form an understanding of:

what is diversity, its varieties and forms, what dimensions of diversity are in each and every one of us
what is behind the concepts of justice, inclusiveness/barrier-free and why both in the world and in our country they are gaining momentum so rapidly, the impact of war on these processes
how inclusive Ukrainian business is and how diversity and inclusiveness correlate with operational efficiency
how ignorance turns into discrimination and even violence
how to contribute to increasing tolerance and inclusiveness in the communities that are important to you
