Business breakfast "LEAN in Ukraine: brand new trend or a real competitive advantage for companies?"

What makes the companies successful today? Today, the success of the company is influenced by the introduction of innovative and effective systems of management and organization of processes. This is the approach of the LEAN (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing) system, which involves each employee in the process of improving the business and maximizing customer focus.

Progressive Ukrainian companies are more and more interested in implementing the LEAN approach now, some organizations have already achieved significant success, but for the majority LEAN is still a brand new trend, and not an deliberate strategic choice.

Konstantin Glazkov - MBA, Director of Production Department of TIS Ltd., Certified Practice in LEAN Manufacturing.
