The next stage of my life experience is coming to an end...

The stage that made it possible to improve, made an adjustment to the paradigm of inner consciousness, to once again analyze in more detail and "sort out" the weak and strong aspects of one's worldview. It helped to formulate the core of values ​​and to see more concretely the vector of realization of opportunities.

Also, see the approach to the management and development of any business from another angle. Think comprehensively and see the whole picture, determine "insight", find your inner individuality (competitive advantages of the company), adhere to a systematic and consistent approach to the analysis/planning/organization of any business process, concentrate on your own effective management model. This is only a small part of what I had to deal with during the year and a half of studying at BSK.

Some acquaintances ask the question: "Why do you need this?", "What does the Business School do?", "Why waste time and resources on this?"

All these and other communications take place in a relaxed atmosphere with the exchange of interesting judgments based on the multifaceted experience of the speakers.

It is in this format, filled with diversity, that additional knowledge is accumulated at the Business School. In turn, I would like to express my gratitude to the head of BSK, Olga Karpova, and the administration for their titanic work in the formation of a high-quality "platform" where world experience and everyday practice meet, as well as the entire professional teaching staff, for their invaluable contribution to the development of Ukrainian society.

All teachers of the General MBA program are managers with experience, holders of MBA degrees from prestigious foreign and national business schools, and most of them have a candidate's or doctor's degree.

I would like to mention the most - Alena Bourdein, Julia Gab, Lyudmila Ganetska, Eldar Nagorny, Natalya Kalinin, Tatiana Moseychuk, who left a bright and unforgettable mark on the perception of the subject. They didn't just share their knowledge and skills, they passed them on through the lens of the soul, sincerely worrying about our small failures and successes in practical projects. Thus showing that it is necessary to love and fully devote yourself to what you do, take responsibility for your results.

And in conclusion, I would like to quote the saying of Albert Einstein:

- "The important problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking that we were at when we created them." 

If there is an intention to change something, be it in life, business or in the country, it is necessary to remember that any changes begin with oneself. "From the inside out." And the surrounding world is just your reflection. Yes, it is difficult, uncomfortable, but solving complex problems is the lot of "big" people... 

Sometimes you should get out of the process/routine and devote your time and energy to new ideas that require high qualification and knowledge. Create, inspire, be a source of new opportunities for yourself, the environment and Ukraine as a whole!

KROK with its teachers and traditions, for me, is a standard of modern domestic business education. The technical direction of the university systematizes the thinking of the listeners; an atmosphere of equality, openness and the absence of stereotypes reveal the potential of both students and teachers. An ideal environment for the growth of leaders and free people.

It turned out that he studied at a number of universities: both in Ukraine and abroad. Everywhere was interesting in its own way; (but if I ask myself a question that I would like to repeat: then the answer is unequivocal - I will study at KROK) The training program is constantly being improved with advanced business technologies that are really adapted to the conditions of our market.

I have recommended it to my friends, relatives, and work colleagues. All of them were satisfied with the training: after all, they opened up as individuals, formed as specialists, made friends with fellow students and teachers, all of them eventually succeeded in their careers and business connections. Moreover: everyone continues to cooperate with KROK even after training.

This is much more than just an educational process - it turns into constant personal growth and club friendship!

1. Why did you choose KROK Business School as the provider of the MBA program?

2. What knowledge and skills did you acquire during the training?

Finance, management, marketing, leadership and presentation skills are the areas in which I realized the lack of knowledge and expertise when I was studying in the MBA program. From the very first session, my horizons and knowledge began to expand exponentially. All subjects are interesting and useful, you begin to see the overall picture, and your brain turns, in a good way.

3. Briefly describe your colleagues in the group?

Our group is unique, we have become real friends. All are very purposeful and deep people, and everyone has something to learn.

4. What of the acquired knowledge have you already managed to apply in practice?

MBA is a system of knowledge, so it is difficult to single out something separately. Every day you implement, you can explain and predict something precisely based on the new knowledge gained and, of course, the experience that we share during discussions and work on cases.

I chose the General MBA BSK based on the price-quality ratio, and asked for feedback from friends. And I don't regret it :)

Thanks to General MBA, new projects appeared in my life, and not only in the business sphere.

I became more confident. I saw many mistakes that I made in my company, I made new ones :) This is an inevitable process of development.
