Elena Danchenko, Ph.D., instructor of BSK successfully completed many years of scientific, research and practical work, the result of which was the appearance of the manual "Practical aspects of business process reengineering". The main objective of this research is to study the impact of business process reengineering, its features, its relationship to the company's strategy.
The uniqueness of the new publication consists in the practical technology proposed by the author for carrying out both optimization and reengineering of business processes of companies, which distinguishes this work from available at the disposal of Ukrainian process managers and analysts of Western and Russian books on process management. In the publication, much attention is paid to modeling tools, optimization, practical examples. This manual is recommended for students of MBA programs, senior and middle managers of companies, project and operational managers.
The results of the research are used by the author in the workshop "Just about the complex: reengineering business processes", as well as in the courses of master's programs, the MBA program.
