Seminar "Creative leadership and team creative potential activation"

Today you can hear the terms "creative leadership" and "innovative leadership." Studies show that a lack of creativity is considered the most serious shortcoming when recruiting new employees, according to the Economist Global Talent Index Report. Creativity is seen as the most important leadership quality in an IBM study conducted with more than 1,500 executives. So what is creative leadership and what is sparking this interest in it?

Creative leadership is the ability to lead a team, one of whose tasks is to create and implement innovative solutions, especially during difficult situations and changes. Creative leaders in periods when everything is changing, while new approaches are not yet known, can create clarity of goals for their teams and motivate them to achieve these goals. These are leaders who seek to turn in favor of the unpredictability around them, not only for the organization or themselves, but also for society as a whole and the ecology of the planet.

Dan Pallotta wrote in the article for the Harvard Business Review: "... the best creativity [...] comes from the desire to contribute to the lives of others, either by introducing something new that improves their quality of their lives or by showing people that something thought to be impossible is in fact possible. When you change people's perceptions about what can be accomplished or achieved, you contribute to their humanity in the richest possible way. You give them hope for the future ... ".

Today everything is changing. And in order for businesses to achieve efficiency in an unpredictable world, the world needs creative leaders.
