Audience: non-financial managers, heads of departments and divisions who do not have a professional financial education, but would like to understand the financial aspects of management.

The purpose of the training: to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills in financial analysis and financial management for effective decision-making in their work.

Tasks of the training:

  • Reveal the basics of financial reporting and its importance for assessing the company's potential
  • Learn how to conduct financial analysis and use its results to make informed decisions
  • Consider effective methods of managing cash flow, working capital, inventory and accounts receivable
  • Familiarize with the company's profit management strategies and teach how to make sound investment decisions

  • Understanding of financial reporting and its key indicators
  • Ability to conduct financial analysis and evaluate the company's financial condition
  • Cash flow management and working capital optimization skills
  • Ability to effectively manage inventory and accounts receivable
