Project Management Training for Cheese Club and Dubnomoloko

December 11-12, 2017 in the old, snow-capped city of Dubno BSK successfully completed a training program for the group of top managers of companies Cheese Club and Dubnomoloko (TM Como) on the topics of Project Management.

15 participants, including the top management of both companies, worked on a real case with actual figures to identify the project objectives, figure out the project participants in roles, develop the structure of the project objectives in terms of life cycle phases and consider other useful things.

To facilitate the training process Microsoft Project software was used in real time. We hope that the objectives of the training have been achieved and our joint work will bring great results, will help both companies to produce even better quality cheeses and other products to the joy of all consumers.
